Welcome to the People's Republic of China.
My name is Wang Yao and I am the representation of this great country.

"Ah, yes, that was what I had forgotten, but why did I bring myself to forget an important detail as that…"
He took a sip of his tea he brewed earlier than the current one that is readying in the kitchen, before glancing at the familiar figure with an arched brow. “I was more concerned in serving you refreshments, not to mention making my home comfortable for you, Yao. A guest should not discomfort their end on a seat,” he added humorously, setting his cup down with a keen smile.
Two thin brows arched delicately on his unaged face, punctuated only by the wry curl of his lips. While proper manners told him to pass the orchids onto his host, Yao knew the layout of Kiku’s home all too well - and took the liberty of finding a vase upon himself.
Once placed at the center table, the elder nation couldn’t help but laugh a little - mostly with fixed irony.
“I don’t think the floor will ever be too comfortable for my back, Kiku - but I appreciate you taking my bottom into consideration.” Judging by the way Yao sunk downwards, he was eternally in minute amounts of pain - but not enough to mess with the easy going look on his face.
”Always the gracious host, Japan.”
"What more have I left missing for his arrival.." He mused to himself, brushing the grown strands of ebony that began to barely graze his shoulder.
"The kettle shouldn’t take long now, but something is amiss.."
”You’ve forgotten the flowers, my friend.”
Presence perpetually unannounced, he absently raised the two delicately wrapped orchids in his hand, obviously carefully plucked recently from Kiku’s own garden.
“Did I teach you nothing about presentation?” No severity, only benign friendliness.
